This policy explains the information FitItIn uses to help people find time together.

Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, username, email address, password hash, and optional avatar selection. We collect calendar events and related details that you create or import, friendship and group relationships, and basic activity information such as last-seen status.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you, display your friends and groups, calculate availability, deliver group-event emails, prevent abuse, and operate and improve FitItIn.

Who can see it

Your name, username, avatar, online status, and relevant group relationships may be shown to connected users. Calendar events are shown to you, and group events and availability information may be shown to members of the relevant group. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Passwords are stored as hashes, and reset links are time-limited and signed. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can manage your profile and avatar in the app. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information through support.
